Inventory and pricing

Vehicle listings, prices and availability on this site are provided for convenience and may change without notice. Prices exclude tax, title, registration and dealer fees unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to keep listings accurate, but a listing is not an offer, and errors do not obligate us to sell at an incorrect price.

Payment estimates

Any payment calculator on this site produces an estimate only. Your actual rate, term and payment depend on credit approval and the final terms of your contract.

Applications submitted here

Submitting a credit, rental, service or employment application through this site does not create a contract or guarantee approval, availability or employment.

Text messaging terms (SMS)

The program

B. Smiff Auto Sales operates an SMS program for its customers. By providing your mobile number and checking a consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from B. Smiff Auto Sales at that number.

Types of messages

We ask for consent to two kinds of message separately, and you may agree to either, both or neither:

Marketing: new arrivals, sales events, promotions and special offers.
Non-marketing: appointment reminders, service updates, application status and delivery times.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile plan and are billed by your carrier, not by us. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to be removed. We will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you sign up again. You can also call (631) 223-0298 or email bubbasmiff@bsmiffauto.com and ask us to remove you.

Carriers and delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message will arrive.
