What we collect

When you submit a credit application, rental request, service booking, job application or message through this site, we collect the information you provide — which may include your name, contact details, address history, date of birth, Social Security number, driver's license number, employment and income information, and details about the vehicle you're interested in.

How we use it

We use it to evaluate your application, obtain credit reports where you have authorized us to, arrange financing with lending partners, schedule service, process rentals, consider you for employment, and respond to your questions.

Who we share it with

Credit application information is shared only with the lenders we submit your application to and with consumer reporting agencies, for the purpose of processing that application. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messaging and consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared with any third party. Information collected as part of the SMS consent process is used solely to send the messages you asked for, and is not passed to anyone else for any other purpose.

We collect consent for marketing texts and for non-marketing texts separately, and you can give one without the other. Consent is never a condition of buying anything from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
